If the customer is interested in a “sold out” product  (finished), present on the site, has the possibility to contact us so that (if possible) we can, with any minute differences, reproduce the product.

One-to-one production guarantees individual attention to the product.

Customizations

D3 Collection gives the customer the opportunity to customize their accessory. Each customer has the possibility to request changes and / or customizations of the product, via instant messaging Whats App at the following number:

indicating the product concerned (with the identification code) and the related requests.

We will try to satisfy the customer also through alternative proposals, if the requested modification is not feasible.

The customer will receive a reply within 48 hours. Once you have chosen the appropriate option, it will take a maximum of 1-2 days to create your custom product.

Prices and payment methods

Payment

The customer can pay by bank transfer or by Paypal.

PayPal allows you to pay without sharing financial data.

Through PayPal  the following payment instruments are accepted:

VISA card, Mastercard, American Express, Carta Aura, Postepay, Paypal recharge  and prepaid cards.

In case of payment by bank transfer, the customer will receive (once the order is concluded) an email with the data to make the transfer.

The reason must be the order number.

Prices

Only the cost of shipping is excluded from the price, which is calculated and added in the final phase of the order.

Delivery and shipping times

Delivery time

D3 Collection tends not to have a warehouse.

If the ordered product is available at the time of purchase, it will be shipped via GLS Courier in 24/48 hours.

Only in some cases (disadvantaged areas or poorly served by the courier) the shipment will be made by registered mail with tracking (same cost) with delivery in 3/4 working days.

If a product is not available in the warehouse, the goods will be shipped as soon as they are made (normally within 2 working days from the payment of the order).

The product is “ordered” only once the request has been made and payment has been made.

In case of any impossibility to fulfill the order in a partial or total way, the customer will be immediately notified by e-mail or telephone to make further arrangements.

D3 Collection cannot be held responsible for inconvenience, delays or problems caused by the courier. In this case, however, we remain at the complete disposal of the customer, to try to solve any problem.

Shipment

Shipping costs are charged to the customer.

The total cost will be indicated in the summary before the order confirmation.

For the purchase of one or more products, the customer will pay the cost of a single shipment.

Shipping is via GLS Courier at a cost of 7 euros.

Once the shipment has been made, the customer will receive: an email from the courier with the package tracking link and an email from the D3 Collection website confirming the shipment.

Generally the order arrives at its destination in 1/2 working days from shipment (2/3 days for the islands).

Shipping address

The address specified in the user profile is used as the delivery address. Each customer is advised to check it at the time of payment, to avoid misunderstandings. I also recommend that you enter a name present in your mailbox.

In case of non-delivery due to incorrect address or name we do not assume any responsibility.

In this case, if it is not possible to intervene to solve the problem before the package returns to the sender, the customer will have to pay for a new shipment.
